Label Package: Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our customer service team on the outside of the package.

Ship Items: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
